How soon
will I get my reading?
The default
response time is a maximum of 24 hours from Monday (9am GMT) to Friday
(6pm GMT). Within these hours some readers operate a Rapid
Response service of 'within one hour',
'two hours' or 'three hours' (check individual readers for current response
times). Outside of these hours (including British bank holidays), response
time is subject to availability and not guaranteed within 24 hours. Response
times are dependent on there being no technical problems and are a guideline
only, although 99% of readings are delivered on time. |
Is this
service private and confidential?
Yes, the service
is totally private and confidential, so you can ask absolutely anything. |
About our
‘quick question’ service
A ‘quick question’
is something short and specific that can be dealt with quickly and enable
us to provide the fastest possible service. For example: "Do you see my
Ex partner coming back?" or "Will I find love?" or "Will I find a new job?"
(Any question that can be summed up briefly without becoming too involved)
Please note that questions booked as ‘one quick question’ that are actually
multiple questions, will be truncated to one question. |
About our
in-depth/general reading service
This is for
questions that are not suitable for our 'quick question' service such as
involved questions that require a lot of explanation or open-ended general
questions. If you have an involved situation it may be worth considering
either an 'in-depth reading' or seeing if you can break the situation down
into 3 less involved questions for the '3 quick questions' option. An open-ended
question such as "what will happen in my life?" is more suited to an in-depth
general reading. These sort of questions can be asked as quick questions
if you choose that option, however the response will be extremely limited
because they are not designed for this purpose. |
How accurate
are the readers?
Psychic readings
are not an exact science, so no reputable reader will ever claim to be
100% accurate. However, our readers are some of the best in the world,
so their accuracy will be the best you can hope to find. |
My question
is very long and involved. Is that OK?
Yes. You may
wish to consider booking an in-depth reading for this so that our reader
can spend more time on it. Otherwise, feel free to book a ‘quick question’
but bear in mind that in the allocated time our reader may not be able
to do the question justice which could then leave you feeling disappointed,
because a ‘quick question’ is really meant to be just that. So please use
your discretion to decide which you feel feel would be more appropriate
for you. It might even be worth considering if you could break the question
down for our ‘3 quick questions’ service. |
I have
so many questions. Will I definitely get a response to them all?
Yes, if you
book an in-depth reading we will answer all of your questions. However
please bear in mind that the reader has a set time and will be able to
answer more in-depth if there are not so many questions. The more questions
there are, the shorter the response to each. The only time this would not
apply is if the number of questions is beyond reason. |
I have
no questions. Is it possible to just have a ‘general’ reading?
Yes. We have
a general reading available (click on ‘General Psychic Readings’ at the
top of this page). However please be aware that a general reading is exactly
that and can touch on any area of your life, hence ‘general’. |
I have
had a reading. Can I ask follow-up questions?
Yes. All 'in-depth
readings' should give you all you need. However, our home page gives the
option of asking 'one quick question' or '3 quick questions' if you need
further enlightenment, more information, or simply have more questions. |
Can you
give me very specific details like exact addresses/lottery numbers?
Unfortunately
not, if it was possible to be that specific all Psychics would already
be lottery winners and have retired into the sun. |
Why do
I need to ask a question? Shouldn’t you know what I’m thinking?
‘Psychic readers’
and ‘Mind readers’ are 2 different things. If you do not wish to ask a
question, that is fine. We have ‘general readings’ available. |
Can I get
a definite Yes or No answer to my question?
In certain
circumstances yes, however it is not always possible because some situations
are not that cut and dried. It depends on what your question is and what
comes through at the time. Remember, a reading is not an exact science
and the free will of people can affect certain situations. |
Will you
give me definite timescales?
The measure
of time is a purely man-made phenomenon, it does not exist in the Spirit
world. Although sometimes a reader may be able to give a timing, it is
open to the free will of ourselves and others and therefore cannot be relied
upon as an absolute. The important thing is rather than relying on ‘wishes
and hopes’ about when something will happen to focus on the ‘certainty’
of the event and bringing that about. With any situation there needs to
be an element of flexibility. |

What is
a ‘Psychic’?
A Psychic
is an individual who has a heightened perception that enables them to see
beyond the current physical realm. This is why Psychics are often said
